MassCore™ is a modular weighted core that amplifies your monkii 360 workouts.

The weight levels may not sound like much, but imagine the impact 2, 3, or 4 pounds has over a huge range-of-motion and hundreds of reps. Trust us, it adds up fast.

By adding a weight to the core of monkii 360, we are increasing leverage during our full range-of-motion movements. The core becomes much heavier the farther away from your body you extend it. Moving this additional weight requires more force, which in turn generates more power output. 

And since you can increase your MassCore™ level, you are able to utilize a linear progression so that as you get stronger, we can increase the weight, which will make you even stronger!

Choosing MassCore Level

We created MassCore to amplify your monkii 360 workouts with a progressive strength training element. There are four levels of MassCore beginning at Level 2 and ending with Level 5 (Tactical).  

Important Note: Every monkii 360 workout is assigned a "monkii Dan recommended" MassCore level.  

Some workouts are extremely high volume with a huge range-of-motion - in this case a lighter MassCore is ideal. Some workouts are explosive and powerful in nature - a heavier MassCore makes sense.  So if you want to take full advantage of the monkii 360 Training Programs then it is ideal to own all 4 MassCore levels. 

If you must choose just one here is our advice:

Level 2 - The lightest option. It's the right choice if you are unsure about which MassCore to choose and/or are just starting your journey to wildness. This level pairs well with the Cardio training program.

Level 3 - The perfect option if you consider yourself decently wild and stay relatively active. If you plan to choose Hybrid as your A.T.F. then Level 3 would be a good match. 

Level 4 - The heaviest option for non-tactical backers. Choose this if you feel confident in your physical abilities and want the option to make your workout incredibly difficult. If you plan to choose Core as your A.T.F. then strongly consider selecting Level 4. 

Level 5 (Tactical) - The extreme level. It will be hard. It's a painfully perfect fit with the Tactical Training.
