We guarantee your total satisfaction within these 30 days and offer a world-class returns policy. monkii bars can be returned at any time, and for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Once the 30-Day Guarantee period is over, you formally accept the monkii Pact.  This lifetime pact states that for as long as you are actively using our product(s) for their intended purpose, we’ll gladly repair or replace them at no cost to you. We’ll even go a step further and promise to do everything within our means to ensure that you are fully equipped to achieve your goals.

Free Line Replacement

Our Spectra® Line is insanely durable and strong. However, we’re certain that some of our users will be wild enough to wear down the line. If this happens, we have you covered.

If your Line breaks, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use that renders it useless, we’ll replace the line at no charge to you.

Instructions to Return within 30 days of purchase:
  • monkii bars must be returned in the condition you received them and with the original box and/or packaging.
  • We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
  • Some of our products are non-returnable.  These items currently include: Digital training manuals including the Tactical Training Manual, extra line and adjusters, extra plugs, and all apparel. 

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

It takes approximately 7-14 days to process a return after it arrives at monkii HQ (we’re a very small team.) You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To take us up on our monkii Pact, we simply ask that you do the following:

  1. Write an email to pact@monkii.co and explain what repairs are needed, and what you are currently using monkii bars for.
  2. Send the product needing repair to:

Be sure to include your return address where you’d like them shipped.

  • Repairs will be made free of charge for customers who are actively using our products.
  • If we cannot repair the item, we will replace it with a functioning product.
  • Customers must have purchased our product directly from us or through an authorized partner in order to utilize our free repair program. 
  • We cannot repair products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
