Travel Workout - Part 2 - Complexes with a Partner

The Specs:
Alternate these complexes with your partner. The fun really comes in when your partner has to plank and tuck hold for however long you decide to spend doing your side of the workout! 

3 sets of 10 reps for each of these for each person, alternating: 
Pistols and Lunges 
Sit and Reach - since this only uses one bar it's a good one to do together
Pushups and Plank Hold
Tuck and Tuck Hold
Mountain Climbers



Part 2 of the monkii travel workout series takes us to the top of a mountain for a partner monkii workout. We only had one pair of monkii bars so we got creative and did an awesome partner workout sharing the bars. This was a TOUGH series of complexes and being at altitude made it even better.
