It's important to look to the past so that we can see where we are going. This Hot Air Balloon Workout video was filmed in 2013 in Longmont, Colorado. In the video you will see the original monkii bars prototype which was the only one in existence at the time, they are HUGE. We had no money; no customers, and we didn't even have a website. Times were simple and the ideas flowed like wine. We were scrappy and had nothing to lose; anything was possible and 'no' didn't exist. It's been 5-years now and pretty much nothing has changed. However, because of your support, encouragement, and belief, we have a company and more importantly a community of monkiis that ranges across the entire world. We wake up and go to sleep thinking (and dreaming) about all things monkii. Laughing can actually be a potent abdominal exercise so hopefully, this video will stimulate your core... In addition, I was under the Hot Air Balloon for an hour or so basically working out the entire time. I would do as many reps as I could and then take a minimal rest break so that we could continue filming. My challenge to you: The monkii Hour. Set a timer for 1-hour and do as many reps of as many different monkii exercises as you can think of. If you need some ideas, there are several monkii exercise catalogs on the monkii YouTube channel. You could also use the monkii App and see what you can accomplish in 1-hour. Bonus points if you keep track of the exercises and number of reps you do. I'm very curious!
